Our Story
Hi, my name is Nicole Thackray and I am the Founder and Director of Simply Inspire. I have over 20 years of corporate management experience and have implemented various systems during that time.
More than 3 years ago I had the opportunity to project manage the implementation of Salesforce across multiple Not-For-Profit services in Australia. Whilst Salesforce was fairly new to me at the time, collaborating with developers enabled the successful delivery of the client’s requirements. This lead to me learning how to administer and update Salesforce and ultimately implementing a team to provide ongoing support services for all our client Salesforce needs.
I love the flexibility of Salesforce and I am passionate about really connecting and getting to know our clients businesses so we are an integral part of their team, building their trust in us to understand their unique needs and deliver beyond their expectations.
I’m thrilled to now offer these services to other businesses that have Salesforce and are ready to benefit from a partnership with Simply Inspire.
